§ 32.32. QUORUM; MAJORITY REQUIRED FOR OFFICIAL ACTION.

A majority of members of the Plan Commission shall constitute a quorum. No action of the Commission is official, however, unless authorized by a majority of the Commission at a regular or properly called special meeting.
